Accepting Criticism

Why this thing is always happen to me... almost all of my friends get their cheque for MARA loan but i and 2 of my friends didn't get it now..... we call MARA but they said my Uni Acc Department didn't send my apply form for the loan...... i don't even have mood now to type this actually... jealous to my friends in the same time i felt angry to my Uni.......

Whatever...
